During installation it is important to follow the recommendations below. Begin the installation by connecting the brackets to the aluminium beams. Only the fully inserted beam is locked into the mount. Adjust the distance of the beam mounts to the spacing of the rails.

Note that the dimensions may be different at the front and rear of the vehicle. When two different lengths of rack bars are included, in most cases the longer rack bar will be mounted to the front of the vehicle. Place the rack in the correct position on the vehicle's rails. Use an Allen wrench to tighten the mounting clamps to secure the bar to the railing.

Make sure each foot is properly mounted on the railing. Using the wrench, tighten the spacing adjustment screw to lock the beams. After tightening, make sure the rails do not move between the mounts. After tightening and checking for proper installation, replace the caps with the locks. Complete the roof rack installation by turning the key to lock the protective tab.
